Costa Rica and Panama

In the spring of 2010 I went on a journey through Costa Rica and Panama. This trip provided much inspiration for my solo exhibition Expeditions at the Fairfax gallery – Chelsea.

The Pacific and the Caribbean coastline, the rain and cloud forests of Monteverde and the arenal volcano of La Fortuna provided dramatic richness in colour and texture, providing stark contrast to my previous excursion to the tundra of the arctic.
